Questions

Which banks and files work?

CSV exports from any bank, and PDF statements that contain real text (if you can select the words in the PDF, it should work). We're tuning the reader for HDFC, SBI and Axis Bank first. Scanned or photographed statements don't work yet.

My PDF has a password. What do I do?

Type it in the "PDF password" box before you check. It's used only to open the file in memory and is never saved. If your statements have different passwords, enter them all, separated by spaces, and we'll try each one.

Is it really free?

Yes, it's free while we're in beta.

How accurate is it?

It reads each transaction's description, so most common merchants, subscriptions and fees are recognised, but some payments can only be shown by how they were paid, such as "UPI payments" or "NEFT transfers". Every result shows the transactions behind it, so you can check before acting.

What do I do about a leak?

Each leak says what you can do, and links to a step-by-step cancellation guide for UPI AutoPay, card mandates, NACH and merchant subscriptions.

Do you store my statement or results?

No. Both exist only while your results are being made and in the page we send back. Save the page as a PDF if you want to keep it.
